1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ToyBin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the website.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of ToyBin after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

At Your Own Risk

All trades and sales conducted through ToyBin are done at your own risk. ToyBin facilitates connections between collectors but is NOT a party to any transactions.

ToyBin is NOT Responsible For:
  • Quality, safety, or legality of items traded or sold
  • Truth or accuracy of listings or user profiles
  • Ability of buyers to pay or sellers to deliver
  • Any disputes between users
  • Shipping, delivery, or customs issues
Recommendations

We strongly encourage users to use secure payment methods, verify user feedback ratings, document all transactions, and take reasonable precautions when trading with others.

7. Intellectual Property

The ToyBin name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by ToyBin and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Third-Party Trademarks

Product names, brands, and images belong to their respective owners. ToyBin is not affiliated with any toy manufacturers unless explicitly stated.

8. Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior harmful to the community or platform, including but not limited to:

  • Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Posing a security risk to the Service or users
  • Repeated complaints from other users

  • Any damages resulting from use of the site, including lost profits or data
  • User disputes, trades gone wrong, or fraudulent transactions
  • Any damages exceeding $1 USD or the amount you paid to use ToyBin (whichever is greater)

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ToyBin shall be resolved in the courts of Shawano County, Wisconsin.

13. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ToyBin.

Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights to any successor or affiliate.
